Air Force Golf
Yesterday I played nine holes with Lutz (the inventor of tank golf) in Grosskienitz.
And we witnessed something even more spectacular than tank golf: as it was the first day of the Berlin Air Show on the nearby Airport Schönefeld, we watched a fighter squadron of six jet fighter perform an air show. Loopings, barrel rolls and all that.

Golf course is in the lower left corner, the airport on the upper right (picture courtesy of Google Earth)
Next time we play there we go out in camo and crawl over the fairway. SIR, YES SIR!

When i was in Miami, two weeks ago, the US Airforce held the McDonalds Air and Sea Show in Ft. Lauderdale, and the training airport was directly behind our golf course. We could see there a lot of F14s and F16s in close formation and flying low for landing above us, incredible loud. But no barrel rolls or something like that. So Air Force Golf happens also in the US. Fortunately this doesn’t happen too often, as i found it disturbing sometimes.
