Golf Nuts

There are approximately 15 members of the Golf Nut Society here in Germany. How big are the chances of two of them being paired in one flight in a tournament? You take your guess.

At yesterdays ICE OPEN not only was I in one flight with the Foreman, but also with Alexander S., who saw my Golf Nut bag tag and thus we found out that we’re both members of the club. Hilarious!

We had loads of fun around the course, Alexander and Denis played great golf, I had a wild mixture from pars to triple-bogeys. But hey, the main thing was the good cause, right?

    ich und “Great golf”? Na ja… aber verdammt viel Spaß hat es mit dem Winner-Flight gemacht. Hoffentlich müssen wir nicht wieder ein Jahr warten bis wir erneut zusammen aufteen.

    First, let me say a great “Hello” to all the 15 Golf Nuts in Germany. It is GREAT to have you committed AND registered as true Golf Nuts.
    Second, “congratulations” to the four intrepid Golf Nuts who played in the ICE OPEN.
    Finally, I wish I had been invited to play. It sounds majestic and certainly newsworthy. This weekend, I will be adding a special Forum to the Golf Nuts web site called: “Nuts Around the World” so we can keep track of these events and participate!
    Remember… we’re ALL Nuts!
