Mickelson got it goin’ on

Congrats to Phil Mickeslon for winning the Colonial. He obviously was on a roll, just check out saturdays and sundays shot of the day were true beauties. The interview after saw him veeery relaxed.

Apart from that, Bernhard Langer came in second at the PGA Senior Championship after being in contention all week. A late bogey at 17 in his final round cost him the victory that was claimed by Jay Haas.

On the European Tour, Miguel Angel Jimenez took home the trophy in Wentworth and our Martin Kaymer showed a very stable performance in his first (was it?) appearance at the BMW PGA Championship. He seems to have locked himself in the Top 10 of the European Order of Merit. Keept it that way, Martin. We want to see you at Valhalla.

    Alter Schwede! War das ein Schlag von dem Leftie. Da ist mir die Kinnlade auf den Couchtisch geknallt. Hit and hope. Der Mut wurde belohnt. Und wie. Mit dem Sieg. Jeder andere hätte wahrs. rechts raus aufs Fairway gechipt. Deshalb hat der auch so gegrinst nachher.
