Make that a threesome

I am proud to announce to you, that Golfers Delight is now a threesome. Joining me as authors are Anke and Lutz.

Anke just started out playing golf and will delight us with her insights on how we all started out. She is already a blog veteran, many of you german readers probably know her excellent blog already. Let’s just hope she doesn’t give up on her excellent movie reviews.

Lutz and I met last September – a blind date on the GC Pankow, as you may remember. He is the inventor of tank golf and hopefully will contribute more of such interesting stories.

A warm welcome to both of you! I am really happy to have you here!

The two of them will blog mostly in german. So this could be the opportunity for all the english-speaking readers to brush up on your foreign languages. Spreken sie daitsch? And maybe one or the other german reader will find its way here.

Anke geht golfen – continued

Happy Birthday

Dear Golf Blog,

best wishes for your first birthday! It’s been a great year with you and I’m looking forward to the ones to come (this is what it all started with).

All the best,

Alex

Golf Architecture

Now here’s another golf blog with a specific subject: golf architecture. Kyle Harris a.k.a Sir Putts-a-lot from Warminster, PA (hey, I used to live around the corner in Warrington) takes down his thoughts about course designs an others.

May I suggest another category about golf clubhouse architecture? Start with this one for example!

Reporting from Augusta

JM and Dan are two lucky guys. They got Tickets to the 2006 US Masters. Luckily, for all us bloggers who can only follow from a distance, they share their experiences and insights on their “Live from Augusta” blog. They will be updating the daily blogs from Augusta beginning on Wednesday Night, April 5th. So stay tuned.

By the way, I’ll play my first tournament of the year April 9th. So after playing 18 holes I can kick back in the clubhouse and watch the tournament coverage. Let’s just hope they have Premiere there!
